沙巴（Sabah）
馬來西亞東部大州，首府是哥打京那巴魯（Kota Kinabalu），俗稱亞庇，是主要的旅遊區。
Sabah is one of the two Malaysian states on the island of Borneo and Kota Kinabalu is the capital city of Sabah.

語言(Language)
主要是馬來西亞語、英文、普通話及廣東話
The national, or official, language is Malay, English, Mandarin and Cantonese are also commonly spoken in Sabah. 

簽證(Visa)

持BNO、香港或澳門特區護照不需簽證，可停留30天。

持台灣護照不需簽證，可停留15天。

持中國護照需要辦理簽證。

Malaysia tourist visa is not required for citizens of most of the western for a stay up to 90 days.

時差(Time Zone)

沙巴的時間比格林威治時間早8個小時，和北京、香港、澳門、台灣在同一時區。

電壓 (Electricity)

電壓能量介於220-240伏特，50赫茲，使用標準四方三腳英式插頭。
Its 220 to 240 volts and uses the same ones as used in UK.

建議在當地兌換馬幣，在抵達沙巴機場時，可以在機場兌換一些，再到亞庇市區的Wisma  Merdeka兌換，通常兌換率比較高。
GBP1 : RM 5
USD1 : RM 4
Suggested changed RM in Malaysia and you may change some in the Airport, then go to Wisma  Merdeka to change the rest as the exvhange rate will be better.

天氣 (Weather)

沙巴地處熱帶，溫度在25-32℃之間，都沒有大變化。如神山公園則會比較涼爽。每年6月至次年11月是沙巴的雨季，雨季即使下雨大都是驟雨，很快便會停；2-4月降雨量小，為旱季。

Sabah features a typical equatorial climate with constant temperature, considerable amount of rain and high humidity. April and May are the hottest months, while January is the coolest one. June to November are the rainfall peak season and February to April are the most driest season.
